How does the 14-day free trial work?
Sign up, register your card with PayFast, and use every feature of your chosen plan free for 14 days. Your first charge only happens when the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then without paying a cent.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade whenever you like from your profile. Plan changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you never pay twice for the same month.
Is my patient data safe and POPIA-compliant?
Your data is stored encrypted in the cloud with strict row-level security, so each practice can only ever see its own records. Patient communication consent is tracked, and you can export your data at any time.
How do the WhatsApp reminders work?
PhysioFlow automatically sends patients a WhatsApp reminder before their appointment. Patients reply YES to confirm, and their appointment is marked confirmed in your calendar — no calls needed. If WhatsApp fails, we fall back to SMS.
Does it handle medical aid billing?
Yes. Invoices support tariff codes, medical aid scheme and member details, and automatic splits between the medical aid portion and the patient portion.
How do online bookings work?
You get a public booking link (physioflow.co.za/book/your-practice) showing only your genuinely open slots, based on your working hours and existing appointments. New patients are added to your patient list automatically.
Can I import my existing patient list?
Yes — upload a CSV of your patients and we validate every row before importing. Flexible column matching means exports from most systems work out of the box.
What if I want to leave?
Cancel in two clicks from your profile — you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you can export all your patients, invoices and payments to CSV first. No lock-in, no exit fees.
